To better assist you and answer some questions that you may have, we've made a list of frequently asked questions.

1. What is the Allure Warranty?
   A) Allure warranty means, any construction problems that may arise are fixed for free. Problems such as, tracks, slipping, and or lace closure replacement. 
   
   
2. I just ordered my customized wig can I come to pick it up if I'm close?
   A) Unless the wig is pre-made at your EXACT head size, it could take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your wig to be ready. But if we have the style you want AND your head size, you may receive your wig the very same day.
   
   
3. How long does it take to receive my wig after I order it?
   A) In some cases you may receive your wig the same day (If we so happen to have your exact head size and desired style in stock) in many cases it can take up to 5 business days to build the wig from scratch, and an extra few days for shipping until the wig arrives at your front door ready to wear.
   
   
4. What if I'm unhappy with my wig?
   A) We are happy to make any changes to all wigs purchased from us, such as adding or removing clips or elastic bands and any other necessary changes needed for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We can do a majority of these changes the same day in our shop during regular business hours. 
   
   
5. Are your wigs ever discounted?
   A) We sometimes run sales and promotions from time to time, so make sure to be on our e-mailing list, and follow our social media to be the first to know when we have any and all sales happening. 
   
   
6. How can I find my head size if I've never had a custom wig?
   A) We made it easy for you to find your head size 👉🏾 >> HERE << we put out a step-by-step guide on measuring your head size. 
   
   
7. I'm not sure what length wig I should get, can I see examples?
   A) Of course! we have an image that shows you different styles at different lengths. For example, a straight 22-inch wig will look much longer than a curly 22-inch wig. See pictures by clicking 👉🏾  >>HERE<< Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the image. 
   
   
8. What does “Ready to Pick-Up” mean exactly?
   A) “Ready to Pick-up” means we have the exact wig in stock. The color, length, and wig are ready to be picked up or delivered if you are local.
   In most cases, these wigs are made in the most popular head size. which is about 22 - 23cm and if that’s your exact head size. Great, but if not. We can easily modify the wig to fit you so it’ll be ready the same day. 
   
   
9. Why choose a frontal over a closure glue-less wig?
   A) The pros of choosing a frontal wig are that you have 13 x 4 inches of lace covering the entire headline. So you can part your hair anywhere, style it however you'd like, frontals pretty much allow you to get as creative as you'd like in the front. The cons of frontals are, that they may need a product to glue or secure it down in the front, to give the image that the hair is coming out of your scalp. This takes extra time but once done you can take advantage of the versatility that laced frontals allow.
   
   When it comes to Glue-less wigs pros are obvious, as the name hints, these wigs can be worn without the use of any products and gives a great natural look as if the hair is your own, without the need to actually secure it down. This wig has a more solid base to fit the head more snug compared to the lace frontal wigs, as the lace is fragile and does stretch over time With the glue-less wigs this is not an issue. The con of this wig, is you don't get as much versatility as you only have 4 x 4 or 5 x 5 inches to work with as far as the lace goes.
